Sweet almond oil is considered an all-purpose oil.  Its uses date back to ancient times when the Chinese & Indians utilized them to make traditional medicines and treat different skin conditions like psoriasis and eczema.

Sweet almond oil is loaded with natural antioxidants, oleic acid, omega-9 fatty acids, linoleic acid, and vitamin E, almond oil is obtained from the almond tree’s fruit (in dried form).
